Imagine living in such a big country that when you wake up, your cousin living in the other part of the same country is coming back from school. Well, this can certainly happen if you live in Russia as it has 11 time zones. That’s crazy!!!

Russia lies in both Europe and Asia: one quarter of its territory is in Europe and three quarters in Asia.

In terms of land area, Russia is the largest country in the world. Russian is the official language of Russia but there are many other languages used in various parts of the country.

The capital and largest city in Russia is Moscow. The currency used in Russia is the Rouble.
