Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kaizen MicroLessons, we strive to offer flexible and customer-friendly policies. Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. The following terms apply to subscription cancellations:

  • Content Subscriptions with Physical Products: Subscribers are entitled to full refund if they cancel within first 30 days of subscription. Refund will be processed once the physical products are shipped back to b3 Solutions and are in usable condition. 

  • Contens Subscriptions only: Subscribers who cancel withing 30 days of payment are entitle to full refund, no questions asked. Refund will be processed within 7 working days of recieving the request and the amount should reflect in another 3 days.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days of the refund request approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
